Brownies: edges or middles?
I have recently seen the Baker's Edge brownie pan all over.
As you can see, it's shaped like a maze and once cut, you get two crispy brownie edges in every cut. In my family, edges were the least favorite part. My mom cut them off! I love the soft center. The gooey-er the better. So this pan would be horrible. When I first saw it years ago, I thought, 'what a horrible idea!' Am I the only one?

I think it depends on the brownie recipe. Some recipes are better suited to no edges while some (like my mom's) are all about the edge.
